Project Manager – Data Centres

Location: Frankfurt, GermanySalary: €70,000 - €80,000Job Type: PermanentSector: Data Centres / Structured Cabling / InfrastructureTGS International Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Hyperscale and Data Centre projects across the UK and EMEA.This is a client-facing position with responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from design development and planning through to implementation, handover and close-out.The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre or Hyperscale projects, alongside a strong background in structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure or Data Centre environments.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will:Manage the successful delivery of multiple Hyperscale and Data Centre projects across EMEA.Act as the primary point of contact for clients across operational, commercial and project delivery matters.Take ownership of project P&L, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.Produce monthly internal and client-facing project reports.Coordinate project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and supply chain activities.Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project delivery teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Oversee project documentation, handover packs and warranty management.Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and Health & Safety requirements.Provide leadership and escalation support to Site Managers, Supervisors and project teams.Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForProven Project Management experience within structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure or Data Centre environments.Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Data Centre or Hyperscale projects.Strong project planning and full project lifecycle management experience.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial awareness, including project finances and reporting.Experience managing multiple workstreams, resources and suppliers.Strong leadership and people management skills.Confident producing and delivering professional client presentations.Experience managing subcontractors and third-party suppliers.CSCS accreditation or equivalent industry certification.Willingness to travel across the UK and EMEA as required.Desirable ExperiencePhysical Security projectsLAN / Wi-Fi infrastructureNetwork InfrastructurePRINCE2BICSIHyperscale Data Centre environmentsOperational and financial reporting for senior leadershipThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to take ownership of major Hyperscale projects across the EMEA region while working closely with high-profile clients and delivery teams.Travel to customer sites outside of Frankfurt and Germany will be required.If you have the project delivery experience and Data Centre background we're looking for, apply now or contact TGS International Group for a confidential discussion.
