Project Manager

Project Manager | Engineering & Manufacturing | BristolYT Technologies is proud to be a partner for Domin. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team at their Bristol HQ. This role is about bringing structure to a fast-paced environment at the intersection of additive manufacturing and advanced hydraulics. Essential Requirements:1) Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams. 2) Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies. 3) Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changing priorities. 4) Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5) A strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes. 6) Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure to them. Beneficial Requirements:1) 3–6 years of proven experience delivering projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-led environment. 2) Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline. 3) Experience in product development or advanced manufacturing environments. 4) Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business. 5) Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
