Project Manager

Our client is a global leader in in-vitro diagnostics with extensive experience developing technology that transforms patient care worldwide.As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional business projects - think process improvement, operational change and strategic delivery - that support the wider organisation, rather than product development itself.You'll take ownership of assigned projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders across the business to keep them on track, on budget, and aligned to company standards.Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of operational and business transformation projectsManage cross-functional project teams within a matrix organisationOrganise and chair project meetings to keep delivery on scheduleManage external suppliers and partners to ensure objectives are metWork with project sponsors and stakeholders across departments to deliver agreed project plansEnsure all projects comply with company project management and governance standardsMonitor progress and provide formal reporting to senior management and project teamsWhat we're looking forProven Project Management experience, ideally managing several projects simultaneouslyA track record leading or managing cross-functional project teamsStrong knowledge of project planning, monitoring and control methodologiesComfortable working across departments and disciplines (e.g. operations, regulatory, commercial)Excellent attention to detailWhat's on offerCompetitive salaryFlexible benefits package including private medical cover and life assuranceThe opportunity to make a tangible impact at a business operating in a genuinely meaningful industryPlease note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
