This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, regeneration, compliance, fire safety, estate improvement and capital investment projects that directly impact the lives of our residents.What You'll DoLead and manage asset management, refurbishment and regeneration projects from planning through to completion.Drive applications for Government Capital Funding Schemes for Approved Housing Bodies.Manage consultants, contractors, budgets, procurement processes and project delivery.Support the implementation of our Asset Management Strategy and long-term investment plans.Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on budget and to the highest quality standards.What We're Looking ForYou may be a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Engineer, Architect, Construction Project Manager or Asset Management professional seeking a rewarding opportunity where your expertise can make a tangible difference.You'll bring: ✅ Experience managing construction, refurbishment or asset investment projects✅ Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills✅ A practical understanding of procurement, contract management and compliance requirements✅ A passion for improving homes, communities and resident outcomesWhy Join The Iveagh Trust?Competitive salaryHybrid working.
