Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial TI projects from preconstruction through completion. The Project Manager will manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, quality, schedule, and overall performance.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.Identify and resolve project issues to maintain schedule and profitability.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.Required: Commercial tenant improvement experience.Strong understanding of construction processes, plans, and specifications.Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with construction management software preferred.
