Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Location: Los Angeles, CASalary: $120,000–$170,000 DOEOverviewI’m working with a well-established Commercial General Contractor in Los Angeles looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial tenant improvement, Class A office, creative office, renovations, or high-end interiors, with experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial TI projects from preconstruction through completion.Oversee budgets, estimating, buyout, forecasting, and cost control.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contracts.Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients.Lead project schedules, closeout, and overall client communication.Requirements5+ years of commercial construction experience.Commercial GC experience required.Strong commercial TI/interiors experience preferred.Strong financial, estimating, scheduling, and contract management skills.Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.Los Angeles market experience is a plus.For more information, please contact:Ross Lamont - Recruitment Consultant – Lumicityross.lamont@lumicity.io(771) 202-8868
