PROJECT MANAGER

An important international industrial company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, specializing in the design and manufacturing of industrial valves, is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join its organization.The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the progress of assigned projects and orders, acting as the main point of contact for customers from the post-order acquisition phase through to project completion.Key responsibilitiesCoordinating and monitoring the progress of assigned projects and orders, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines;Coordinating activities and information flow among the various internal departments involved in each project;Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including engineering companies, customers, and key subcontractors;Preparing and managing project documentation, overseeing the relevant document review and approval process;Developing and monitoring Production Plans for individual projects;Preparing and issuing periodic progress reports to customers;Participating in kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and pre-inspection meetings, when required;Managing any issues arising during project execution, identifying effective solutions and involving the relevant internal functions.RequirementsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Technical, or Management-related disciplines;Mandatory excellent command of both English and Chinese, written and spoken;At least 3 years of experience in Project Management;Previous experience in companies operating in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or industrial valve and flow control sectors is preferred;Knowledge of the main industry standards and technical specifications is considered a plus.Work locationNantong, Jiangsu, China.
