In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software development projects, services, and product implementations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.What you will do:Manage and oversee the delivery pipeline of software solutions, custom developments, product implementations, and consulting services;Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and customer expectations;Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact;Monitor project progress through customer-focused dashboards, providing regular status updates and highlighting risks or challenges;Support issue resolution, service improvements, resource planning, budgeting activities, and strategic decision-making to ensure successful service delivery.What you are like:Experienced in IT Service Delivery, Project Management, or Software Development Management within complex environments;Proficient in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and driving successful outcomes;Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technology services, and customer-facing delivery models;Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences;Analytical and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement;Familiar with resource planning, budgeting, service governance, and performance reporting;Knowledgeable software development ecosystems is considered a plus;Committed to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment;Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is valued.Why join usWork on challenging projects for big clients;Learn more about emerging technologies;Possibility of working remotely;Design your career plan;Access to continuous training and certifications;Evolve through our internal mobility program;… and much more!
