Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial glazing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in commercial glass and glazing who enjoys managing multiple projects, working closely with customers, and coordinating with field and installation teams.You will take ownership of projects from award through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial glass and glazing projects from contract award through final closeout.Oversee approximately 25–30 active projects at any given time.Manage a combined project portfolio of approximately $3M.Coordinate project schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.Work closely with general contractors, architects, customers, vendors, suppliers, and field installation teams.Monitor project budgets, labor costs, material costs, and overall profitability.Coordinate material deliveries and field crews to keep projects moving according to schedule.Review project progress and proactively identify potential issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality.Maintain consistent communication with customers and provide regular project updates.Assist with resolving technical, scheduling, and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company quality, safety, and performance standards.Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all closeout requirements are completed.Qualifications 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial glass and glazing.Proven experience managing commercial glazing projects ranging from approximately $10K to $1M.Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and commercial glazing systems.Comfortable managing a high volume of projects simultaneously.Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor/field coordination.Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining control of multiple projects.
