Project Manager

Mechanical Construction Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects while maintaining control of schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage mechanical projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.Monitor project financial performance, labor, materials, and overall progress.Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.Ensure safety, quality, and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.Proven experience managing large, complex projects.Strong HVAC, piping, plumbing, or process mechanical experience preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
