As a growing, progressive and forward-thinking organisation, OCC embraces modern methods of construction, Lean practices, and digital systems to support project delivery.This is a senior-level position suited to a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects, leading teams and driving successful delivery from inception through to completion.This role is a great long-term opportunity to join an award-winning business with a genuine commitment to quality and innovation, where people are supported in their role and given scope to build a lasting career within the company.What We OfferMarket leading salary and benefits package.Full-time, permanent role with clear strategic influence.Local projects – work primarily in the West of Ireland.Funded CPD, professional development, and long-term career progression.Health cash plans, pension contributions, and employee wellbeing initiatives.Supportive, collaborative culture with hands-on senior leadership.As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:Plan, organise, and direct activities to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and main detailed project plans, timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual requirements.Regularly evaluate programs, providing progress updates and managing client and design team expectations effectively.Manage resources including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.Lead and coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs, technical specifications and safety standards.Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and technical assessors to address challenges and main project momentum.Uphold compliance with company quality management systems ensuring that all work adheres to established procedures and engineering specifications.Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions in project delivery.Achieve objectives in timely delivery, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality at all times setting an example for best practices on site.Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with clients, design teams, and internal office teams to foster a positive and productive working environment.Facilitate and lead regular site meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of project issues among stakeholders.Champion lean construction principles by managing and maintaining adherence to the company’s Last Planner System ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency on site (Training will be given).Key Requirements5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager roleProven track record in delivering complex projects to programme and budget.Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong commercial and contractual awareness (RIAI / PWC preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Thorough understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and ISO standards.Ability to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Procore, Asta, or similar project management platforms an advantage
