Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end payment delivery projects across multiple stakeholders, including business, operations, technology, vendors, and external partners.Drive project planning, execution, risk management, governance, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Manage and mentor project teams while ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional groups.Oversee payment transformation initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.Required Experience11 years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to banking and payments projects.Proven experience managing and delivering payment-related projects within the GCC region.Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including domestic and cross-border payments, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and related payment channels.Good exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.Experience working with banking stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendorsPreferred SkillsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.Good understanding of banking, payments, and financial services domains.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and governance.Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive and steering committee presentations.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage
