We don't just advise - we embed with our clients as practitioners, working alongside their teams to deliver outcomes and drive adoption.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Project Manager, Software Delivery to enforce our development process and drive daily execution across our software delivery teams. This is an internal-facing role - you won't be managing client relationships, but you will be the operational backbone that keeps work organized, visible, and moving.You'll own our Jira-based workflow discipline: every task tracked, every ticket properly documented before it's assigned, no work started without an associated ticket. You'll run the daily standup, set daily priorities for the team, and ensure resources always know what to work on next. You'll also serve as the primary link between the Product Owner and technical resources, translating priorities into clear, trackable work and giving leadership visibility into what's left to do and when it will realistically be done.This role is based full-time in our Niš office.

Key Responsibilities

Process enforcementEnsure all work is captured in Jira - no task is worked without an associated ticketEnsure tickets are fully populated with required information before assignmentMaintain ticket labeling so it's always clear what remains to complete each contract milestoneDaily executionLead the daily team call, communicating clear, prioritized expectations for each resourceIdentify tasks that fall behind expected timeframes and escalate promptlyMonitor team capacity and utilization; flag when additional capacity is neededMaintain full utilization of team members across active workMetrics & forecastingGenerate and maintain metrics on team and individual performance, with velocity and quality as the primary measures (tickets completed, story points completed, reopened tickets, etc.)Track velocity and use it to forecast realistic completion dates for outstanding workTurn metrics into insights that improve predictability and process discipline over timeCoordinationAct as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and technical resourcesTranslate business priorities into well-structured, actionable ticketsUse Sprints, Kanban boards, and daily checkpoints as working tools - not as a formal Agile framework - to structure and track delivery

Requirements

Experience in IT/software project management or a similar operational/delivery coordination roleHands-on experience with JIRA required, including creating dashboards - comfort configuring workflows, labels, and metrics reportingExperience managing software development teams and enforcing structured processesFamiliarity with Sprint/Kanban concepts and daily standup facilitationStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycleExcellent written and verbal EnglishStrong analytical skills - comfortable building and interpreting delivery metricsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding others accountable to processAbility to identify capacity gaps and escalate issues before they become delaysWhat We OfferSupport for personal and professional growthPrivate health insurance Team activities and perks
