Project Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead custom fabrication projects from concept to final delivery. In this role, you will take 100% ownership of every project detail. You will ensure milestones and deadlines are met with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage custom fabrication projects from start to finish.Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales. Oversee all production elements, including in-house manufacturing, sourcing and purchasing.Coordinate installation requirements and project logistics.Direct the creation of 3D renderings, technical drawings, and prototypes.Travel to project locations as needed to oversee installations and site progress.Take independent charge of daily "to-do" lists to complete tasks by the end of each day.Qualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in a production planning role.Direct industry experience with three-dimensional (3D) custom fabrication projects.Hands-on fabrication experience is a strict requirement.Familiarity with our in-house manufacturing processes, including printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, and 3D printing.Core Skills & TraitsMulti-tasking master: Able to handle many moving parts at once.Detail-oriented & reliable: Dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly organized.Cool under pressure: Able to keep a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.Independent problem solver: Uses good judgment to overcome obstacles and get the job done.Strong communicator: Highly self-motivated and works well both alone and with a team.Preferred Skills (The "A+" Extras)Knowledge of 3D modeling software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Rhino.Proficiency in Illustrator, or specialized 3D rendering software.An existing network/book of reliable installer and fabricator contacts.Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.What We OfferA supportive and dynamic working environment.Great opportunities for professional growth and career advancement for someone looking to build a long-term career.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for custom fabrication, we want to hear from you.
