Project Manager

Job Description1. Project Management: Responsible for the entire project management process of energy storage projects in the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa, from opportunity initiation, customer needs clarification, solution preparation, bidding, business negotiation to contract signing; developing project plans and ensuring key milestones are completed on schedule.2. Bidding and Solution Coordination: Responsible for RFI, RFQ, RFP, and large-scale project bidding management; coordinating sales, technology, R&D, business, supply chain, finance, and legal teams to complete technical solutions, quotations, delivery plans, contract deviations, and project risk analysis.3. Customer Needs Management: Understanding the technical, commercial, delivery, grid connection, performance guarantee, localization, and after-sales requirements of customers, owners, and EPCs for energy storage systems; establishing a needs and clarification list and continuously tracking its closure.4. Risk and Internal Coordination: Identifying project risks related to technology, cost, price, delivery, certification, grid connection, guarantees, and contractual liability; organizing internal discussions and management decisions; and promoting timely resolution of issues. 5. Customer Communication: Participate in customer technical meetings, workshops, clarification meetings, and business negotiations. Serve as the main project coordination window in the pre-sales phase, ensuring accurate communication of customer needs and internal company solutions.6. Project Handover: After contract signing, organize project handover to the executing project team, ensuring a complete handover of contract requirements, technical solutions, customer commitments, project schedule, risks, and outstanding issues.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.2. Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in the new energy, power, energy storage, or EPC industry. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in pre-sales, bidding, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects.3. Professional Skills: Understand the basic components and technical specifications of large-scale energy storage systems; familiar with basic requirements such as battery compartments, PCS, BMS, EMS, grid connection, RTE, and availability; able to understand customer technical specifications and key project risks.4. Project Capabilities: Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination skills; able to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects; strong owner awareness and problem-solving abilities.5. Language and Communication: Fluent in English; able to independently chair client and internal project meetings; excellent English reporting, meeting minutes, and project presentation skills.6. Travel or Relocation: Willing to be based in Dubai/Saudi Arabia and accept business trips to the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa.
