Project Manager

Job Summary:As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery management for client engagements in the learning and development domain. You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to execute projects within the given timelines, budgets, and QC parameters. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching project coordinators to ensure they adhere to the project management standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans and timelines based on the client's requirements and expectations.Create detailed project schedules with clear task dependencies, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within scope.Assign tasks to individual project stakeholders and track progress against the project plan.Communicate project status updates and risks to project directors and other senior stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.Collaborate with the project delivery team, including instructional designers, trainers, and operations and experts to ensure that project deliverables meet the client's expectations.Conduct regular client communications to ensure that their requirements are being met and that any issues are addressed promptlyIdentify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans with project directors to mitigate potential impacts.Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to improve project delivery processesMentor and coach project coordinators to ensure that they adhere to project management standards and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related fieldPMP or other relevant project management qualificationMinimum of 5 years of project management experience, with experience in learning and development project management preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in a B2B learning and development environment is preferred.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, project team members, and senior stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etcFluency in English is mandatory and fluency in Arabic is preferred.If you possess the above qualifications and experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality learning and development solutions to clients, we encourage you to apply for this position.
