The Project Manager will oversee fit-out and renovation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and resolving issues that may impact delivery. The role also involves conducting site inspections, preparing regular status reports, and ensuring that all materials and services are procured and delivered in line with project requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain strong client relationships and deliver projects that meet JCT’s standards of service and craftsmanship.QualificationsProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams.Expeditor and Expediting experience to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.Inspection skills to verify workmanship, quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Logistics Management skills to organize site deliveries, inventory, and vendor coordination.Proven experience managing construction, fit-out, or renovation projects, preferably within commercial or residential sectors.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
