As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Project Manager to join our team and lead the projects from tender to handover.

Job Description

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in translating our clients' visions into reality by overseeing the execution of interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will be an integral part of our collaborative team, working closely with designers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning goals and scope.Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.Establish realistic timelines, track progress, and address delays.Conduct site inspection and rectify any quality control issues.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, minimize disruptions.Ensure on-site health and safety compliance.

Requirements

Proficient in AutoCADMinimum 7–10 Years Total Construction ExperienceAt Least 2 completed building projects of comparable size/complexity as Phoenix's portfolioBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in luxury fit-out projectsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to manage baseline programs, look-ahead schedules and critical-path activities on Primavera P6 or MS projectsGood understanding of BOQ, variations, subcontractors, procurement, payment applications and cost controlWorking knowledge of construction contracts; FIDIC knowledge preferableGood understanding of method statements, ITPs, inspections, NCRs and site HSE requirementsFamiliarity with local authority approvals, inspections, Civil Defence and utility requirementsStrong budgeting and financial management acumen.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
