With a steady pipeline of work and an experienced leadership team, the organization offers a stable environment where employees are empowered to take ownership of projects and advance their careers.Your New RoleAs the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple ground-up ICI construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and project reporting. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating consultant and trade meetings, monitoring project progress, managing project risks, and ensuring all project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.This position requires a hands-on leader who can successfully manage multiple stakeholders while driving project performance and maintaining alignment with project objectives.What You'll Need to SucceedThe ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience managing ground-up ICI construction projects, with proven experience delivering projects from site servicing, excavation, and foundations through to occupancy and project closeout.You will hold post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline. A strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control is required.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage all phases of a construction project while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Experience with project management and estimating software, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar platforms, will be considered an asset.
