🚨 WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGERPosition: Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Location: UAEExperience: Minimum 7 years of UAE experienceJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredWe are looking for an experienced, technically strong, and result-oriented Project Manager to join our team and manage interior design and fit-out projects from planning through completion and handover.Key Responsibilities* Manage and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from inception to handover.* Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.* Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, quality, procurement, and overall project delivery.* Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, drawings, and schedules.* Review and coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and services.* Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues promptly.* Conduct regular site meetings and provide accurate project progress reports.* Manage project variations, approvals, material submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.* Coordinate MEP works with architectural and interior design requirements.* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.* Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.* Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and schedules.Requirements* Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out Project Management.* Proven experience in handling large-scale, multi-million-dollar interior design and fit-out projects.* Strong hands-on knowledge of interior fit-out execution and MEP coordination.* Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other MEP services.* Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.* Proven ability to manage large project teams, multiple subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in project management and construction software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office/Excel, and other relevant scheduling, reporting, collaboration, and project management platforms.* Ability to prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, progress reports, resource plans, budgets, and project trackers.* UAE Driving License is an advantage.* Immediate availability / ready to join immediately is highly preferred.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a hands-on Project Manager capable of independently managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, coordinating all disciplines, managing site execution and commercial requirements, and ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.📩 To Apply: Please share your CV to rajasree@bashhesnef.com along with your current location, notice period, and expected salary.
