Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeJoining: Immediate / Ready to JoinAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Arabic Project Manager to join our Dubai team and manage the successful delivery of real estate technology projects.The ideal candidate will have solid real estate industry experience, strong project management skills, and experience working with software development and implementation teams.Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate between clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA, and internal teams.Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management and clients.Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Coordinate requirements, changes, priorities, and project deliverables.Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and delivered.Oversee UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.Maintain project documentation and reports.Requirements4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software or technology projects.Mandatory real estate industry experience, preferably with real estate developers.Strong understanding of real estate business processes.Fluent Arabic and English.Proven experience managing software implementation or enterprise technology projects.Strong client and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice.
