NOW HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER, KSA - THEMING EXPERIENCEKey Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of theming and fit-out projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, timeline, budget, and client expectations.Develop and manage project plans, programmes, schedules, and delivery strategies for complex theming and fit-out projects.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, specialist suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers, architects, consultants, and specialist theming contractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.Manage project risks, technical challenges, site coordination, and quality control while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, procurement, and commercial performance to ensure cost-effective and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within the interior fit-out, theming, attractions, or related construction sectors.Demonstrated experience managing major theming projects, ideally within theme parks, immersive experiences, entertainment, hospitality, or visitor attractions.Strong understanding of theming construction, specialist finishes, scenic elements, fabrication, installation, and coordination with multiple trades.Strong leadership, project planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from pre-construction through to completion.Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, project management, or a related field.#FletcherPiccoloAssociates #MakingALastingImpact #Construction #RealEstate
