Project Manager

Future Builders Engineering General Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver building construction projects in Abu Dhabi.Candidates with experience in Villas, Factories, Mosques, Towers, and other complex building projects are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilization through execution, testing, handover, and close-out.
• Lead coordination between site, technical, planning, procurement, commercial, and MEP teams.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, budget, and programme.
• Monitor progress, cost, resources, procurement, subcontractors, and key project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify project risks, delays, design issues, and variations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Review project schedules, technical submissions, RFIs, material approvals, and progress reports.
• Monitor quality and HSE performance and ensure compliance with project and authority requirements.
• Manage meetings, project reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Support progress claims, variations, contractual correspondence, and project documentation.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in project management within building construction and general contracting.
• Proven experience delivering Villas, Factories, Mosques, and Towers/High-Rise Buildings.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, cost control, procurement, contracts, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, and project priorities.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project planning/reporting tools.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
