We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facilities Management / Industrial Operations to lead the overall operation, maintenance, and service delivery of assigned facilities, industrial sites, and operational assets.The role is responsible for ensuring that facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and supporting services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, HSE requirements, contractual obligations, and recognized industry practices.The successful candidate should have a strong background in Facilities Management, industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, utilities, infrastructure, or operations and maintenance (O&M), with the ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors, service providers, budgets, and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities, industrial buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and associated operational assets.Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, environmental requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and company HSE policies.Monitor the condition and performance of buildings, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure and identify requirements for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or refurbishment.Manage multidisciplinary services including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil works, cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, and other facility support services.Coordinate and supervise the performance of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and specialized service providers.Ensure maintenance activities are executed according to approved preventive and corrective maintenance plans, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.Monitor the reliability and availability of critical equipment and infrastructure and coordinate corrective actions to minimize operational disruption and downtime.Manage utilities and resource consumption, including electricity, water, fuel, and other operational resources, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.Manage project and operational budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective use of manpower, materials, equipment, and contracted services.Review and administer maintenance contracts, service agreements, supplier arrangements, and contractor performance.Coordinate operational space, workshops, storage areas, offices, and support facilities based on project and site requirements.Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, financial, asset, contractor, and performance records.Prepare periodic operational reports, KPI updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.Ensure all equipment, facilities, and work activities comply with applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.Drive continuous improvement, preventive maintenance effectiveness, asset reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure identified defects, observations, and non-conformities are properly tracked and closed.Coordinate emergency response, breakdown situations, and critical operational incidents and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Work closely with clients, operations teams, engineering teams, HSE, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project and service delivery.Support mobilization, transition, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness activities where required.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, industrial facilities, manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure, or Operations & Maintenance environments.Strong understanding of industrial and facility maintenance, asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance, and technical service delivery.Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams, contractors, and service providers.Practical knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, building services, industrial infrastructure, and maintenance operations.Strong understanding of HSE requirements, risk management, permit-to-work practices, and safe maintenance operations.Experience managing operational budgets, cost control, manpower utilization, and contractor performance.Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex operations, multiple priorities, and time-sensitive maintenance requirements.Preferred ExperienceExperience within industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, factories, logistics facilities, utility plants, infrastructure projects, large-scale O&M contracts, or integrated Facilities Management environments.Experience managing large or technically complex sites with critical MEP and utility systems.Exposure to CMMS/CAFM systems, asset management systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance KPIs.Knowledge of recognized Facilities Management, asset management, maintenance, HSE, and quality management standards.Experience working in Facilities Management, industrial services, engineering services, or Operations & Maintenance companies is highly preferred.
