The PM ensuresalignment with NIQ’s Global Delivery Model (GDM), PMO governance standards, andstrategic business priorities while delivering measurable value, operational efficiency,and client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery across NIQ portfolios including customer delivery,transformation, and productivity initiativesDevelop project charters, integrated project plans, and milestone tracking aligned with PMO standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Data teams)Drive stakeholder alignment across regional and global leadershipEnsure adherence to NIQ PMO governance including stage gates, documentation, and audit complianceTrack and deliver project KPIs including revenue impact, productivity savings, and margin improvementManage risks, dependencies, and escalations across global delivery hubsDrive resource planning and optimization across markets (onshore/offshore mix)Lead regular governance forums (weekly reviews, SteerCos, ELT updates)Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesPMO & Governance AlignmentFollow NIQ PMO frameworks including project lifecycle, stage-gate approvals, and standardized templatesMaintain centralized trackers (RAID logs, milestone trackers, financial trackers)Ensure reporting cadence through dashboards (Excel/Power BI) and leadership summariesDrive accountability through clear RACI and ownership modelsSupport portfolio-level reporting and governance reviewsStakeholder & Client ManagementServe as primary interface between business, operations, and clientsManage stakeholder expectations through structured communicationPresent project updates to senior leadership and clientsDrive issue resolution with cross-functional alignmentFinancial & Business ImpactOwn project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost trackingDrive productivity and cost optimization initiatives (e.g., location strategy, automation, AI adoption)Track business impact including revenue enablement and cost savingsSupport business case development and value realization trackingQualificationsQualifications & ExperiencePMP CertifiedBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field5+ years of project management experience in global/matrix organizationsExperience in market research, FMCG, data analytics, or shared services preferredStrong exposure to PMO environments and transformation programsProven experience managing cross-regional stakeholders Core Competencies (NIQ Leadership Expectations)Strategic Thinking and Business AcumenStakeholder Influence and Executive CommunicationData-driven Decision MakingOperational Excellence and Continuous ImprovementCollaboration across global delivery hubsOwnership and accountability mindset Tools & SystemsAdvanced Excel (trackers, dashboards, financial models)PowerPoint (executive reporting and storytelling)Project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)Power BI or similar visualization toolsInternal NIQ tools and reporting systemsKey KPIsOn-time and in-full project deliveryBudget adherence and cost optimization targetsProductivity value delivered ($ impact)Stakeholder and client satisfactionGovernance and compliance adherenceResource utilization and efficiencyAdditional InformationInternal Note: Role is at Level 5Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
