Team members collaborate with leading stakeholders in the specification project sector, contributing to safety-focused and technically advanced building solutions.Role Description</strong> The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for architectural hardware, fire/security door-sets, and access control solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling project activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and managing procurement, expediting, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials. The role involves conducting or coordinating inspections, monitoring project progress, addressing risks and issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Manager will also liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align specifications with project requirements and resolve technical or coordination challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction, building products, or related industries.Experience as an Expeditor, with proven Expediting skills to manage orders, follow up on suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to coordinate quality checks and compliance for fire/security doors and hardware.Competence in Logistics Management, including planning shipments, coordinating with transport providers, and managing material flow to project sites.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.Knowledge of Middle East construction practices and regional regulatory standards for fire and security products is an advantage.
