Job Description

Key Responsibilities Facilitate project governance routines, and status meetings while documenting action items and key decisions. Track project schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables across multiple tracks, including change management, and testing. Maintain PMO documentation, risk and issue registers, and project status dashboards using standard enterprise tools. Coordinate stakeholder communication to ensure complete alignment on scope, timelines, and deployment milestones. Support change management activities, user acceptance testing cycles. RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of project management or PMO experience within an IT or digital transformation environment. Familiarity with standard project management frameworks (such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2) and tracking tools like Jira, DEVOPS, or MS Project. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
