Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – Interior Fit-OutIndustry: Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and manpower effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Commercial and Production/Joinery teams.
• Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to site.
• Manage variations, claims and project documentation where required.
• Ensure proper handover and project close-out.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.Strong UAE interior fit-out experience.Proven experience managing commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or high-end interior projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, materials and site coordination.Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.UAE driving license is must
