As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our project delivery team to support an expanding portfolio of technically complex projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery across our lighting, lighting control, acoustics, stretch ceiling, metalwork, and bespoke fit-out projects in the UAE and KSA. The role will manage projects from award through final handover and defects liability, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, to the required quality, and in line with client expectations.Key Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from award through final handover, snagging, and defects liability period
• Develop, negotiate, and maintain agreed project programmes with clients and stakeholders
• Track project costs from project commencement and ensure delivery within the approved budget
• Manage variations, claims, and payment applications
• Authorize procurement within the approved project budget and identify potential budget overruns early
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and relationships
• Oversee QA/QC across project items, ensuring all delivered and installed works meet approved specifications and client acceptance criteria
• Coordinate design inputs, including production drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation with the technical team
• Lead project site teams and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Identify and communicate project risks and early warnings, supported by clear evidence and documentation
• Take full accountability for project documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate and controlled from award through closeoutCandidate Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within lighting, lighting controls, fit-out, MEP, specialist interiors, or specialist subcontracting
• Experience delivering projects in the UAE or GCC
• Proven track record working under main contractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness, including cost tracking, variations, claims, and payment applications
• Experience leading site teams and managing subcontractors and outsourced labour within budget
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP or project management systems
• Background in lighting, lighting controls, acoustics, stretch ceilings, architectural metalwork, or bespoke interior solutions is an advantagePreferred Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous but not essential
• Valid UAE driving licenceWhat We Offer
