Project Manager

We are growing and looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic and professional team.We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills who can efficiently manage internal processes, oversee project execution, and support daily business operations.

Location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), DubaiWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)About the Role:This role focuses on operational oversight and quality control throughout projects, ensuring that tasks flow efficiently and timelines are met to support seamless execution across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate ongoing Media projects · Organize and maintain internal databases, documents, and workflows· Supervise and coordinate a small IT team & Marketing team· Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met· Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates· Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders· Improve operational efficiency and internal processes· Monitor task completion and team performance· Support management with day-to-day business operations

Requirements

· Attested Degree in Journalism/Media and proof of media experience (Mandatory)· Fluent English (Russian is an advantage)· Previous experience in Project Management, Operations, or a similar role· Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented· Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities· Excellent communication and leadership skills· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities· Experience working with IT and marketing teams is an advantage· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
