Company: MENASCO Contracting CompanyWorkplace type: On-siteJob location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment type: Full-timeRole Description:MENASCO is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), to lead the full planning, execution, financial management, quality, and HSE compliance of high-rise MEP projects, with hands-on ownership across all three core disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.Basic Criteria:Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction for high-rise projects, with demonstrated hands-on experience across Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing worksIncluding at least 5 years specifically in a Project Manager roleBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProfessional certifications (PMP or equivalent, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH Managing Safely) are a plusAdvanced proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and MEP design & coordination softwareFluency in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution strategy, mobilization, and risk management from inception, across Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing scopesManage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and performance evaluations for all three disciplinesOversee engineering deliverables, procurement, and site execution for electrical systems, mechanical/HVAC systems, and plumbing/drainage/firefighting systemsEnsure full compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements across all tradesMonitor financial performance, cost control, cash flow, and contractual claimsServe as primary client interface; manage reporting and documentationLead project handover, close-out, and DLP (Defects Liability Period) managementTo apply, please complete the application form: https://forms.gle/2jx4fqb1zP9ZN8kD6
