Project Manager (Fit-Out)Department Project & Development Services (PDS)Contract Type & Location This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAEJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out projects within our Project & Development Services division at Cushman & Wakefield Core. The successful candidate will manage projects end to end on behalf of clients, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities of the role:Manage fit-out projects from inception to handover, covering feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out.Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and keeping them informed of progress, risks and key decisions.Prepare and maintain project programmes, budgets, cash flows, risk registers and regular progress reports.Coordinate design consultants, cost consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.Lead the tender and procurement process for consultants and contractors, including tender evaluation and award recommendations.Monitor cost, programme and quality on site, manage change control and resolve issues as they arise.Secure landlord and authority approvals and permits in coordination with the design team.Ensure health and safety standards and site compliance are maintained throughout the project.Manage handover, snagging, defects liability and project close-out documentation.Support the Associate Director with fee proposals, client pitches and business development as required.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the commercial fit-out sector, within a project management consultancy or with a fit-out contractor specialising in commercial interiors.Demonstrated experience delivering office fit-out and workplace projects in the UAE or wider GCC.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Working knowledge of UAE authority approval processes and landlord fit-out requirements.RICS, PMP, APM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.ExperienceProven track record of delivering small to large scale fit-out projects from start to finishExperience managing consultants and contractors and administering construction contractsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationshipsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficient with MS Project or Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint and other industry relevant softwareKnowledge of relevant industry standards, contracts and regulationsDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent command of English, both written and spokenKnowledge of Arabic language preferred but not essentialWhy Join Us?At Cushman & Wakefield Core, you’ll be part of a global platform with a strong local presence.
