This is a 3-month freelance contract, based onsite in Dubai, with the option to extend.This is a delivery role, not a coordination role. You own the project heartbeat end to end: planning, technical coordination, communication, risk management, and quality. You’re the single source of truth for engineering teams, product partners, and client stakeholders, freeing up Directors to focus on strategy and the client relationship.What You'll DoOwn and drive delivery across a suite of web, app, and other digital touchpoints running as multiple concurrent workstreams, including ongoing mobile design and application updatesTranslate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and backlog itemsLead coordination across cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, content, SEO, data, and QAIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and resourcing risks throughout the project lifecycleManage project budgets, burn rates, and resourcing plans, keeping delivery commercially soundAct as the primary point of contact for technical delivery, both internally and with clientsWhat We're Looking ForBased in Dubai, available onsite full time for the length of the contract7+ years delivering complex websites, mobile applications, and platform-based digital products in agency or product-led environmentsA track record of managing end-to-end technical delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams, from discovery through launch and post-launch optimizationStrong command of Agile and Scrum, adapted to agency and client delivery modelsAdvanced, hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar delivery and documentation toolsExcellent documentation discipline: technical scopes, user stories, acceptance criteria, RAID logs, delivery plans, budgets, and release timelinesMENA/GCC agency delivery experience preferred; strong candidates from other markets with the right delivery pedigree are welcomeProfessional fluency in EnglishWhat Success Looks LikeProjects land on time, within scope, and on budget, backed by a clear paper trail of RAID logs, plans, and status reportsClients and internal teams treat you as the single source of truth on delivery status and riskYou’re a fast starter who establishes structure and momentum quickly, and a proactive owner who clarifies scope and drives decisions rather than escalating themWe think without borders, so that everyone can belong.🚀 Apply now if you’re ready to own delivery end to end.
