The company is committed to reliability, production excellence, and long-term partnerships built on customer satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Istanbul. The Project Manager oversees HVAC and ventilation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating engineering, production, logistics, and inspection teams, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation. The role also involves liaising with clients and suppliers, monitoring progress against project milestones, identifying and resolving risks or delays, and maintaining compliance with company standards and relevant certifications. The Project Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement in project execution and support cross-functional collaboration to achieve high-quality outcomes.Qualifications Project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to monitor and accelerate material, equipment, and documentation flow.Inspection and quality control skills, including Inspection and adherence to technical and safety standards.Logistics Management skills for planning, coordinating, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.Experience managing industrial, HVAC, or construction projects, preferably in large-scale or international environments.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.Working knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
