HUI is committed to being a reliable partner that helps customers meet demand while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Random Lake, WI. This role is responsible for overseeing customer projects from initial concept through production, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, fabrication, coating, assembly, and supply chain, managing project timelines, and facilitating clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager tracks project milestones, resolves issues, mitigates risks, and updates project documentation to maintain transparency and alignment. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Experience working with manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production environments; familiarity with sheet metal fabrication or similar processes is beneficial.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation; exposure to NEMA-rated enclosures or medical device products is a plus.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain customer relationships.Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, ERP/MRP systems).Attention to detail and commitment to quality; understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Ability to work on-site in Random Lake, WI, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
