Project Manager - Events and Installations15,000 - 20,000 AEDOnsite - Jebel AliWe are looking for a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across the group, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role will manage both experiential projects and permanent installations, leading multiple Producers and coordinating internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or project delivery, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.The roleLead the delivery of multiple projects across experiential activations, fit-outs, and permanent installationsOversee and mentor Producers, providing guidance, clarity, and performance managementDevelop and manage overall project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocationEnsure all projects are fully documented, including permitting, compliance, and client approvals prior to site deliveryMaintain high-level client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholdersCoordinate across internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project executionMonitor project progress and proactively address challenges, changes, or delaysEnsure consistent quality and creativity across all deliveries, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellenceLead on-site oversight for critical project phases, ensuring smooth execution and problem resolutionPresent regular project updates to management and stakeholders, including progress, risks, and financialsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes, workflows, and standardsRequired skills and qualifications5+ years of project management experience, preferably in events, experiential, fabrication, or fit-out deliveryProven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong understanding of production, fabrication, installation, and logistics processesKnowledge of permitting, compliance, risk assessments, and documentation requirementsExceptional organisational, planning, and resource management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levelsAbility to provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Producers and project teamsStrong attention to detail and quality, with a focus on deadlines and budgetsComfortable working on-site for project oversight when required
