Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Middle/Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software development projects for EU/US customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Fixed Price (FP) projects or outsourcing services, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and solid domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, MES, ERP, or Industrial Digital Transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with EU/US customer. Willing to work nightshift (if needed)Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to delivery.Lead Fixed Price and T&M projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.Drive project planning, estimation, risk management, and resource allocation.Monitor project financials including revenue, margin, cost control, and utilization.Manage project scope changes and contractual commitments.Facilitate communication among customers, development teams, BAs, Architects, Test Managers, and Delivery Managers.Ensure project delivery follows Agile/Scrum or Hybrid methodologies.Identify project risks/issues proactively and define mitigation plans.Support pre-sales activities including solution proposal, estimation, project planning, and customer presentations.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.Coach and mentor project team members and future project leaders.Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.At least 3 years as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects in outsourcing environments.Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams (10+ members preferred).Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.Domain KnowledgeHands-on experience in at least one of the following:ManufacturingSupply Chain ManagementProduction PlanningMES (Manufacturing Execution System)ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)Industrial Automation / Industry 4.0Project Management SkillsProject planning and executionBudget and financial managementRisk and issue managementStakeholder managementContract and scope managementResource managementVendor managementCommunicationExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Experienced in leading customer meetings, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Data & AI, IoT, or Manufacturing Analytics solutions.Experience supporting pre-sales and account growth activities.
