The company has successfully delivered projects exceeding SAR 12 billion in value, including more than 20 projects for Saudi ARAMCO, and continues to expand its portfolio across the Kingdom.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jeddah. The Project Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution across construction disciplines, ensuring that scope, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams, managing contractors and suppliers, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring project progress, identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and preparing regular status reports and documentation. The Project Manager also supports continuous improvement in processes and contributes to adherence to local regulations, company standards, and contractual obligations.Qualifications Project management skills, including Project Management experience and proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary construction projects.Expediting and Expeditor experience to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and documentation of materials and equipment.Inspection and quality control skills to oversee site inspections, compliance with specifications, and resolution of technical issues.Logistics Management skills to coordinate material flow, transportation, and site resource allocation.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling tools, and project reporting practices.Proficiency in project management and collaboration software; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly beneficial.
