Apply & track with Apply EdgeProject Manager– Systems IntegrationCreative Technology Gothenburg As a Project Manager in Systems Integration, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver AV/IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales, operations and support teams, managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication. Your role is key to ensuring that projects are delivered according to specifications, on time, and within budget.Who are we? Creative Technology is one of the world's leading suppliers of solutions in audio, lighting, display & IT to the sports, entertainment, and corporate markets. As part of the NEP Group's global network, Creative Technology has the resources to implement large international projects and at the same time offer local support. The Systems Integration unit creates and delivers fixed installed AV/IT solutionsand customized support for clients, both locally and globally. Now we are looking for new team members within our operations team!Who are we looking for?
- A structured professional with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- At least three years of experience in AV, construction, or technical project delivery.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with strong communication skills.
- Higher education, relevant certificates, or equivalent experience.
- Proactive, with excellent planning and foresight skills.
- Flexible, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong technical understanding of AV/IT systems.
- Experience with CAD, Vectorworks or similar software for technical drawings and project layouts.
- Able to create and review technical documentation and engineering solutions.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with local and global teams.Key responsibilities:
- Manage AV/IT projects from initial client discussions to final handover.
- Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Support the design and technical development of AV systems.
- Ensure all project deliverables align with schedules and requirements.
- Produce or update technical documentation and drawings when required.
- Validate designs and tender information against client requirements and intended functionality.
- Coordinate procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales when necessary.
- Lead internal and client meetings to track project progress and challenges.
