We have delivered more than 4,000 projects and built our reputation on reliability, technical excellence, safety and long-standing client relationships.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our foundation, piling and shoring projects from mobilization to handover. You will own planning, site resources, team performance, budget and client relationships, and make sure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will report to the Projects Director.What You’ll DoPlanning and deliveryGather project scope, specifications, approved designs, shop drawings and authority NOCs at project start, and make sure shop drawings are submitted on time.Prepare the project build-up schedule, organization chart and workforce plan.Make sure method statements, quality and HSE documentation are approved before works begin.Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and suppliers to meet the program.Manage risk and track time, cost, quality, safety and sustainability targets.Make sure pile and material tests are carried out on schedule and non-conformities are closed promptly.Lead joint inspections and snag close-out, and secure the Taking Over Certificate.Resources and budgetPlan mobilization of workforce, equipment, materials and subcontractors for each project stage.Align procurement and supply chain with the overall project plan.Estimate, monitor and control construction costs against specifications and budget.PeopleLead and supervise the site team, making sure company policies, procedures and standards are followed.Monitor on-site processes and productivity against the build-up schedule.Clients and consultantsManage client and consultant relationships from initial test piles through to project completion, including changes to deliverables.Coordinate with external design consultants and follow up on pending approvals, insurances and bonds.Lead weekly project meetings and prepare daily progress reports for management and the client.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.10+ years of experience in ground engineering construction (piling, foundations, shoring), with a strong track record as a Project Manager.A recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP).Solid knowledge of construction materials, processes, equipment, QA/QC and technical drawings.Strong skills in planning, cost control, risk management and budget management for large projects.Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office.Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.Valid UAE driving license.Experience with UAE/GCC construction practices and authority approvals is an advantage.Why Join UsYou’ll be joining a leading regional ground engineering contractor with more than 35 years of history, a diverse project portfolio across the GCC, and a team that prioritizes safety, quality and professional growth.
