Clear communication, accountability, and consistent delivery quality are at the core of how we work.The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across our AI, software, and technology engagements. This is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work from home.You will sit at the intersection of clients, technical teams, and operations, keeping projects on track and stakeholders well-informed. You will be the person who brings structure to complexity, spots risks before they become problems, and ensures that every engagement reflects the delivery standards Suportra is known for.This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to international delivery oversight, working across projects that span India and Europe.What You Will DoPlan, execute, and close technology projects spanning AI, software development, and blockchain domainsBuild and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and delivery plans, keeping them current and accurateCoordinate across technical, operations, and client-facing teams to align priorities and resolve dependenciesManage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication and structured status reportingTrack deliverables, follow up with team members and vendors, and ensure tasks are completed on timeIdentify and manage delivery risks, escalating where necessary and proposing solutions proactivelyMaintain project documentation to a consistent standard, including scope, decisions, changes, and outcomesReview work products against requirements and support quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycleCoordinate schedules and resources across distributed teams, including remote and international contributorsSupport the continuous improvement of project delivery processes within SuportraContribute to international project oversight where client engagements span multiple geographiesWhat We Are Looking ForEssentialProven experience managing end-to-end delivery of technology, software, or AI-related projectsStrong planning and execution skills, with a track record of keeping projects on time and within scopeAbility to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously without losing claritySkilled at tracking deliverables, following up with vendors and contributors, and driving timely completionComfortable reviewing work products and supporting quality and compliance checks throughout deliveryExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience maintaining documentation, reporting, and governance to a professional standardProficiency with project management tools and frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalentBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in Kochi with remote workAdvantageousPrior experience managing AI, blockchain, or LLM integration projectsFamiliarity with international client engagements, particularly across Europe or the DACH regionExperience working with distributed teams across time zonesExposure to real-world asset tokenization, Web3, or enterprise fintech projectsWhat We OfferA seat at the intersection of AI, software delivery, and emerging technologyWork that spans interesting domains, from AI automation to blockchain to enterprise platformsExposure to international clients and delivery contexts across India, Europe, and the DACH regionA focused, practitioner-led team where your work has direct impact on client outcomesHybrid flexibility with a base in KochiHow to ApplySend your CV and a brief note on a project you are proud of delivering to hello@suportra.com with the subject line Project Manager Application.We review every application and will be in touch if your profile is a strong fit.
