🚨 HIRING NOW: PROJECT MANAGERI’m looking for a Project Manager who is organised, relentless with follow-ups, commercially aware, and capable of taking full ownership of projects from start to finish.This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do.I need someone who can walk into a project, understand what needs to happen, build the plan, chase the right people, solve problems quickly and make sure deadlines are hit.You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Controlling timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Conducting site visits and monitoring progress
• Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
• Handling delays, issues and last-minute changes
• Keeping management updated with clear, accurate reporting
