Project Manager – Luxury Branded Villas📍 Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong real estate developer background to oversee the delivery of luxury, high-end branded villas in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing premium residential projects from design development through construction and final handover, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, budgets, and luxury finishing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction and handover.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal development teams.Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement, and construction progress.Ensure exceptional quality standards, premium finishes, and compliance with branded residence requirements.Oversee site progress, risk management, quality inspections, snagging, and final handover.Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.Requirements5-7+ years of experience in project management within real estate development.Strong developer-side experience in luxury villas, branded residences, or high-end residential projects.Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in contractor and consultant management, budget control, and project delivery.Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
