🏗️ PROJECT MANAGER | RESIDENTIAL FIT-OUT | DUBAII’m currently supporting an established residential fit-out contractor in Dubai who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.💰 Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per monthThe RoleThe successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the delivery of residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.You will be responsible for managing project delivery, programme, commercial performance, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handoverLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist tradesManage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achievedCoordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractorsMonitor project budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performanceReview drawings, specifications and technical documentationCoordinate MEP and architectural works and resolve design or site issuesMonitor QA/QC and HSE standards throughout project deliveryManage variations, delays, technical issues and project reportingLead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior managementEnsure projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and client expectations

Requirements

5-10 years’ experience within construction/fit-outStrong residential fit-out experience in Dubai/UAEProven experience managing projects from start to finishStrong leadership and subcontractor management experienceGood understanding of MEP coordinationStrong commercial and programme management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesStrong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and project processes
