The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, offering opportunities to learn, contribute, and take ownership of meaningful projects.Role Description The Project Manager at Irama Studio will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of client engagements. In this full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, the Project Manager will manage project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues. Daily responsibilities include facilitating communication among design, production, logistics, and inspection teams; preparing status reports; and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating with expeditors and vendors to keep materials, documentation, and approvals on schedule, as well as optimizing logistics to support timely execution. The Project Manager will also work closely with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement across projects.Qualifications3-8 Years of experience into commercial interior fitout industry.Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to keep materials and tasks on schedule.Candidates should possess inspection and quality-focused skills, including experience with Inspection processes, documentation, and coordination with quality or compliance teamsRelevant skills such as stakeholder management, scheduling, risk management, and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) and Autocad are beneficial.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams are required.A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, and prior experience in project or operations roles.Immediate joiners are preferred.
