Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Service Delivery Engineer to lead customer relationships, governance, coordination, and reporting. The role involves coordinating architecture assessments, managing Service Requests (SRs) and Change Requests (CRs), tracking delivery milestones, and ensuring customer sign-offs.Requirements5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or Project ManagementWorking knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), GCP, and OCIExperience managing customer relationships and governance meetingsAbility to coordinate architecture assessments and implementation activities with architectsExperience managing SR/CR intake, prioritization, tracking, and deliveryStrong skills in risk, action, and issue trackingExperience in reporting, documentation, and delivery milestone trackingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsQualificationsSaudi Nationality is requiredITIL knowledge preferredExperience coordinating cloud-related architecture and service delivery activities
