Please let me know if you're interested kindly send me your CV to kirthika.r@lancesoft.com🚀Title: Project Manager📍Location : Dubai- onsite🗓Duration : 12 months contract⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 daysRequired Experience11 years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to banking and payments projects.Proven experience managing and delivering payment-related projects within the GCC region.Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including domestic and cross-border payments, clearing, settlement, SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and related payment channels.Good exposure to Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.Experience working with banking stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.Preferred SkillsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.Good understanding of banking, payments, and financial services domains.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and governance.Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive and steering committee presentations.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.Interested candidates send me your Cv along with below details:Expected salary:Visa/ Work Permit:Notice Period:Current Location:
