We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaFBS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Department in Riyadh.The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of interior design and construction projects, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, execution, and delivery.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, and address potential delays.Coordinate with clients and internal teams, including Design, Technical, Procurement, and Site Execution.Manage variation orders, change requests, and project documentation.Conduct project meetings and track deliverables, risks, and issues.Oversee quality coordination, client walkthroughs, and project handover.Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with project requirements.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.6–12 years of experience in project management, including site execution and coordination.PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is an advantage.Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, team leadership, and client relationship management.Join FBS and be part of a team delivering successful projects through collaboration, quality, and excellence.
