Project Manager

SHAFA Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Construction, Fit-Out & Finishing for our project at Ethiopia, to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage building construction from foundations and structural works through architectural finishing and final handover.Oversee fit-out and finishing activities, including flooring, tiling, painting, gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, and interior works.Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.Lead site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.Monitor productivity, control costs, minimise wastage, and ensure timely snagging and handover.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction, fit-out, and finishing projects.Proven experience in project management, site execution, team leadership, and cost control.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and project planning tools.Experience in international projects is an advantage.Interested candidates: Please share your CV via direct message or email to hr@shafaconstruction.com
