Project Manager – Electrical Substations (ARAMCO Projects)Location: Jafurah/Saudi ArabiaExperience: 15+ YearsQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead GIS substation projects up to 230 kV, preferably for Saudi Aramco and GCC Oil & Gas clients. The role involves end-to-end project execution, including engineering, construction, commissioning, cost control, subcontractor management, HSE, quality, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project teams and manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.Oversee engineering, design coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.Manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, cash flow, invoicing, and profitability.Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications, project procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, and contractual obligations; implement corrective actions to prevent delays and cost overruns.Conduct progress review meetings, resolve technical and commercial issues, and report project status to senior management.Manage energization, punch-list clearance, final completion certification, and project closeout.RequirementsMinimum 15+ years of experience in EPC power transmission projects.7–10 years of project management experience, preferably on Saudi ARAMCO projects.Candidates with relevant Oil & Gas substation project experience in the Middle East may also be considered.Strong experience in GIS substations, preferably up to 230 kV, including pile foundations.Knowledge of Primavera P6, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.Experience working with established EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Strong leadership, client coordination, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
